Missing Person: Elijah Shuler

As written in recent articles: "Elijah Shuler was last seen Aug. 15 by his mother, who said he went to his job at the Pizza Hut in the 2700 block of Evans Mill Road. He never returned home. Shuler, 23, spoke with his mother for the final time at around 9 p.m. She reported him missing two days later.
The missing man is black, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing his Pizza Hut uniform. Shuler drives a gold four-door 2006 Honda Accord."

My questions:

1. Why are reporting a 23-year-old missing? Does the young man have any mental disabilities?
2. Either way, what was the mood of the last conversation he had with his mother? Was was the topic that made her believe he would go missing?
3. Does she believe he's a danger to himself or to others?
4. What was the last pizza delivery he made after his conversation with his mother?
5. Did he clock out from work?
6. Did he even go to work that day?
7. Who are his friends?
8. Does he have a girlfriend?
9. Is his cellphone still active?
10. Did he speak of plans of moving on from his residence? Did he live with an overprotective mother and wanted an 'out'?
11. Investigators are saying there is no foul play so why are we still considering this adult missing in the first place, unless he is mentally challenged or in some sort of health disorder?
12. Where are his usual hangouts?
13. Did he have a second job?
14. Was there some sort of recent disappointment? 

If the young man had a job, had a car and generally had no issues socially, I can't imagine why this would NOT be a situation with foul play if we need to post him as missing. Otherwise, he may not be missing --- just an adult needing to get away.

Lord knows, if that was the case, I should be on missing persons charts across the nation the way I stop speaking with relatives for long persons of time.

Missing Child: Porsha Brown

As noted from websites: "Porsha was last seen on July 19, 2015. Porsha may be in the company of her female child. Her ears are pierced. Porsha may have dyed her hair blonde. She has a tattoo on her right thigh and a tattoo on her right arm."

My questions. Feel free to email me with any answers, if possible, so I can continue a thorough search:

1. WHERE was she last seen?
2. Who are her friends?
3. What did she have with her (Back pack, cell phone, etc)?
4. Was there any domestic issues going on before she left?
5. Was she being harassed by anyone prior?
6. Was there a break up with a boyfriend or significant other?
7. Information claims she's 16 and has a tattoo. Generally speaking, since that seems quite a young age for ANYONE to get a tattoo legally (and morally, in my opinion) in Georgia, we need to look at her household. How observant are the parents/guardians? How lax are they on the child's doings? 
8. Was she staying, in Georgia, with grandparents or another sibling?
9. Information claims she may be with a small child. Considering the above, is the child hers? What is the description of the child?
10. Some of the ads of this missing person suggest Milwaukee needs to know about her missing. Was she from Milwaukee? How would she get there from here? Bus? Who in Milwaukee might she seek refugee with?
11.  How old is the small child mentioned?
12. What do the tattoo's look like?

My biggest complaint when we speak of 'missing people' is the lack of information provided. If we were to go by just the description alone, the month's go by and we're already in September and unless there is an update, she's still missing.
