Virginia's Serial Killer Problem Fixed?

I've been monitoring the rash of missing persons in Virginia for quite some time now. As we are into 2015, or shall I say soon to leave 2015, many young women are STILL missing, but it seems that missing women have slowed since two major arrests.

Let's look at the cases:

Alexis Murphy and Samantha Clarke
Samantha Clarke - Missing since 2010.
Alexis Murphy - Missing since 2013

Randy Taylor is eating up tax payers dollars in a prison cell with two life sentences for the murder of Alexis after evidence of her personal belongings was found in and around his residence. Apparently he knew Samantha Clarke also. 1+1=2 but my math is bad, right?

The same county that conducted a multi acre search for them, somehow missed the skeletal remains of Hannah Graham that turned up on a river bed behind an abandoned home October 2014. They believe they have the culprit, Jesse Mathew, who is arrested and awaiting sentencing.

Morgan Harrington - Missing late 2009. Her remains were found early 2010.

With two people who have been connected to the bodies (or lack thereof) arrested, and should there be a slow down of murders since both arrests, I think it's time the investigation lean heavily on the two they have to find the other bodies missing.
